From company culture to opportunities for professional development, we know what Generation Z (anyone born between 1997-2010) values in the workplace. While company prestige doesn’t rank as the most important factor in their job search, our data shows prestige is still a “somewhat important” factor to Generation Z. So which companies do this generation view as the most prestigious?
Vault.com asked more than 13,000 interns from 400+ employers to rate and review their own internship experiences and also to rate the prestige of other employers. From the results, Vault put together their 2019 list of the most prestigious internships. Topping the list are tech companies like Google and Facebook, while traditional investment banking companies like Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan still made it into the top 10. The top 25 employers are made up technology companies, finance firms, consulting groups, and a few media companies.
