This is an incredibly meaningful moment for our company, our team, and the mission we’ve continued to pursue since day one: connecting candidates with meaningful career opportunities and enabling employers to hire the right talent more effectively.
Over the last several years, the hiring market — especially early-career hiring — has fundamentally changed. Employers are overwhelmed by application volume, but struggle to identify qualified talent efficiently. Simultaneously, candidates are applying to hundreds of jobs and not hearing anything back. And now, AI is rapidly reshaping the entry-level labor market itself, changing the kinds of skills employers need and making traditional pathways into careers less predictable than ever before.
From the beginning, RippleMatch was built for exactly these kinds of problems. We believed hiring should be driven by qualification and signal, not application volume.
